Great central location with good transport links. This hidden gem is an oasis of calm. The rooms do not have televisions, but a copy of farmers weekly is provided. The bar seemed to be understaffed, and occasionally not staffed at all. Cocktails were delicious though. The food, where do I start? WOW! Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed every item chosen for every course and dining room staff were excellent. High quality ingredients cooked really, really, well! Continental breakfast included with the room rate was varied and tasty.

I am a fairly new member, having joined in October 2021. Having suffered a bad flood last year in the building last year, they have rallied and are now serving a full menu again. The food provided is 'cordon bleu' standard and the staff are amicable and knowledgeable regarding the consist of the dishes.

An excellent venue in central london - great for meetings. Staff are polite, helpful & courteous especially Geraint. Food was exquisite - complements to the chef. I definitely recommend it. Well done & thanks.
